Graviola, the green giant berry
Sweet and tropical taste, refreshing in hot weather and used as a compote and juice.
The large (20-40 cm), heart-shaped tropical fruit weighs 2-4 kg, has the shape of a heart, white, soft fiber-rich pulp and large black seeds. It comes from the Amazon and the Caribbean and its home is Central and South America and northeastern Brazil. The guanabana tree grows 5-6 m tall and is evergreen.
Its vitamin C content is higher than orange, it contains vitamin B and magnesium.
