The red dragon fruit (Hylocereus monacanthus) is mainly native to subtropical regions and owes its name to the shell, which resembles a dragon's skin. It is also called Pitaya or Pitahaya. Its delightfully pink, its sweetish pulp gives each smoothie bowl an exciting color and naturally nourishes the body with vitamins C, E and B as well as iron, calcium and phosphorus.

The organic fruits are picked sun-ripened, processed freshly harvested and conserved thanks to deep-freezing and without any additives. Aroma, taste and ingredients are optimally preserved. It could not be fresher.
With the addition of juices, milk or even yoghurt, Pitaya fruit pulp can be used to quickly and easily mix fresh, healthy premium smoothies and extravagant fruit drinks. But they are also suitable for the preparation of ice cream, patisserie products, cocktails or sauces. There are no limits for your creativity.
Preparation:
Cut Juice Pads with a sharp knife, put content in blender with Acai or other juices (especially delicious with coco), milk and / or yogurt to make fresh, healthy fruit drinks, smoothies, sherbets or shakes.
