Bicarbonate of Soda
Why is pH - and therefore baking soda - important?
Baking soda is a natural means of keeping the body in balance, namely via the pH value.
Almost all diseases only thrive in an acidic body. This is why getting rebasic is so important.
pH plays a vital role in almost all metabolic processes in the body, especially in the veins, brain and heart. So when we are "acidic", we weaken our blood vessels, the sugar metabolism (glycolysis) in the brain and our heart.
