Ingestion and dosage
Organic Rosehip powder with water or fruit juices, to make smoothies or cereals. It is best to swell in cold to lukewarm water first.
5 to 10 g per day, (1 teaspoon) more if necessary.
In the preparation as a tea infusion, the vitamin C is retained, so a cup of hot rosehip tea on cold days does you good.
