Neem leaves powder
(Azadirachta indica) Niem (Neem) - ground leaves for plants, animals and humans.
The neem leaf powder can be used externally and internally.
The most common is to make a tea from the leaf powder (pour 1 tsp to 1 liter boiling, infuse for 5 min), also the cold brew overnight is useful.
The finished tea can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, preferably in the Flaska. Do not boil or store in aluminum pots or pots containing tin. Sweeten with erythritol or even better probiotic with yacon syrup.
In India, the leaves (even the dried ones) are often chewed and used in Indian natural medicine.
Women in India also chew the leaves for contraception, taking a few daily for this purpose. They are said to prevent fertilized eggs from implanting. However, this method is probably not 100% safe.
Hardly any other plant produces as many beneficial substances as the neem tree. In traditional Ayurvedic medicine it plays a key role and is called a gift from heaven because its wood, bark, branches, leaves and seeds have valuable, unique ingredients that are still used today.
Even Mahatma Gandhi drank a cup of neem leaf tea every day to strengthen himself.
Meanwhile, the effects have been scientifically proven.
