Preparation for aromatic-bitter cistus tea

Pour boiling water over 1 tablespoon of organic rock rose herb per quarter liter. Let it steep for 3-6 minutes. Take 3 cups a day
The finished tea can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

In combination with Tulsi tea, cistus tea works even better and faster against flu-like infections.
