Intake
• Raw - approx. Chew for 1 hour and spit out
• As Kola tea - boil 1-2 nuts in 125ml (half a cup) for approx. 5 minutes, drink half a cup daily.
• Powder - the nuts can be ground and added to a drink or dishes as a seasoning.
• Be broken into pieces and added to various drinks
