Vital substances in Sugar Beet Molasses
Molasses contains in particular thiamine (vitamin B1) and magnesium, the magnesium content is exceptionally high, says dr. Martin Schwartz, research expert for stuttering and author of various books on the subject.
"One serving of molasses contains 9% of the recommended daily dose (RDA) of thiamine, but more than 200% of the daily dose of magnesium."
