Scientists believe that vitamin B3, also known as nicotinic acid or trigonelline, promotes hair growth.
Application of fenugreek
As a tea: brew 1 tsp powder with boiling water, infuse for 3 min, strain, 2-3 cups daily.
The finished infusion can be stored for several days in the refrigerator, preferably in bottle. Do not cook or store in aluminum pots or tin pots. Refine with Erythritol sweetener or even better with probiotic Yacon syrup.
Use as a spice for curries or take directly with water or juice, as well as encapsulate it yourself or integrate into a herbal powder mixture.
Fenugreek seeds can be used internally and externally. Applied internally, the powder stimulates appetite. In India, it is used for hair care and taken to prevent hair loss.
You can also make poultices to put on the skin.

The slightly bitter taste of fenugreek seed powder resembles celery or lovage and seasons some Indian breads and chutneys, it is especially known as part of curry mixes.
If you briefly fry the powder in a nonstick pan before using it, it softens the bitter taste.
