Instructions for Moringa Tea
You can add Moringa leaves to your food, to salad.
For tea, add 2 teaspoons of Moringa fine cut to 1 l of water. Do not boil the Moringa leaves, just pour hot water over them and let them steep.
The finished tea can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, preferably in the Flaska. Do not boil or store in aluminum pots or pots containing tin. Sweeten with erythritol or even better probiotic with yacon syrup.

The best known species is Moringa oleifera and its main use is as a dietary supplement, as a dietary protein for athletes. Moringa is the most vitamin-rich plant on earth.
