Sugar beet molasses from beet syrup (beetroot)
Our sugar beet molasses is unrefined and bottled without additives. Gluten free.
It has about twice the protein content of sugar cane molasses.
Beet molasses is even thicker than beet syrup because further boiling produces the black viscous molasses as a result. Peppered full of valuable plant by-products, it is a true anti-aging product.

Molasses is rich in vitamin B6, pantothenic acid and inositol
Sugar beet molasses is rich in minerals and a real powerhouse, full of vital substances. It supplies your body with magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium as well as other trace elements and makes your body alkaline.

In particular, molasses contains thiamin (vitamin B1) and magnesium, the magnesium content is exceptionally high, says Dr. Martin Schwartz, research expert on stuttering and author of several books on the subject.
"One serving of molasses contains 9% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of thiamine, but more than 200% of the daily allowance of magnesium."
Magnesium is required to convert thiamine to its active form. That's probably why the molasses can be so effective. So the recommendation is this: cut out all simple carbohydrates because they deplete the thiamine in the body and have a teaspoon of molasses per day.
Although molasses is treated like a waste product by the sugar-processing industry, its material composition is optimal for our body and allows us to blossom, an old household remedy that needs to be awakened from its slumber.
The components of molasses are (analysis per 100 g):
dry substance 82 g,
total sugar 50g,
of which sucrose 2/3,
Invert sugar 1/3.
raffinose 1 g,
Nitrogen content approx. 1.2 g, of which 35% can be assimilated by yeast.
Main nitrogen: approx. ½ amino acids, approx. ½ betaine.
Organic nitrogen-free non-sugars: 5 g,
Ash content 11 g.

Molasses is therefore a kind of "anti-aging natural product" of the highest quality. Molasses provides exactly the nutrients that are necessary to harmonize and strengthen our organism and should not be missing in any household. Its secret lies in the optimal synergetic composition, which is available as an easily absorbable natural product that makes the body alkaline.
Specialist literature confirms these experiences (Crude Black Molasses, Ciryl Scott; in German: The raw black molasses, Ciryl Scott, Vita Reform-Verlag).
