Blue Spirulina, phycocyanin, is the only color that naturally turns foodstuffs a gorgeous blue.
The taste is neutral. You need very little of it, e.g. the tip of a knife is enough to color a glass of yoghurt, milk, ice cream, water or eggs.
In addition to the intense blue color, it is also rich in proteins (45 g per 100 g). It has an anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting effect, helps with type 1 diabetes and weight loss and supports liver function.
Do not boil as it loses color.
