Graviola - the green, spiky-looking, fruit of the native to Central and South America Guanábana tree - has a snow-white, soft flesh with large black seeds. From sour to sweet-sour in the taste, graviola (spiny manon) provides the body with plenty of vitamin C as well as the B vitamins and fiber.
Its ingredients are used in traditional medicine in South America appreciated for their alleged antimicrobial, antiparasitic and anticancer effects. This has now been scientifically confirmed "in vitro".
