Andrographis Paniculata Herb Powder, Kalmegh, Chiratta
The Andrographis plant is the queen of bitters, has always been known for its protective and curative effects against colds or flu, also known as Kalmegh or Chiretta herb, but today it is also used to fight malaria, cholera, fever or respiratory viruses.
Preparation
Add 1.3 g (about 1 mocha spoon) of Kalmegh powder per liter to briefly boiled water. Cover and steep on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Drink 1-2 liters throughout the day.
The finished tea can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, preferably in the Flaska. Do not boil or store in aluminum pots or pots containing tin. Sweeten with erythritol or even better probiotic with yacon syrup.
